I became a real live Ebay seller only yesterday, but I'm not planning on making serious Ebay selling any part of my life in the future.
I'll just stick only the one item at a time in as and when I feel like it just to see if they sell, but when I'll be making $1400 a pop clear profit from the thing I'll be selling every time I don't need to think seriously about long term goals, and at my age who cares about such things anyway!
I had over 35 years of serious business before taking early retirement and have no wish to head back into that craziness again now.
I treat all my selling as a lucrative hobby to keep the old grey matter turning over while giving me a reason to get out of bed in the mornings.
The sideline bonus to it all is that I get to spend a few weeks every year traveling around China, Thailand and Vietman on buying trips and the Aussie taxman accepts it all as legit business expenses. God bless his li'l cotton socks lol.
