Hmmm.  I tried to edit my post before sending it and the amendments didn't save (not the first time this has happened).

Re DSRs - I also think Communication should always be open for buyers to comment on.  There seems to be no rhyme or reason why it is blocked....or isn't.  Whatever the criteria is, it doesn't seem to be consistent.
