I always have trouble with this type of arbitrary judgement, especially when asked if something was described accurately or very accurately. It was either accurate or it wasn't.
If listing says "red woollen jumper in excellent as new condition" and what you get is tan acrylic cardigan with piling all over, then it is very not as described. If the jumper is red and wool but has slight sign of wear than is just mildly not as described. If the seller states that they post next business day and then it takes them week before they post, then you have a right to be very unhappy, if it takes them 2 days you can be mildly annoyed............. etc.
Really, I cannot see what is your problem; if everything is as stated in the listing then the seller deserves 5*.
