As a seller you have access to Selling Manager, at least. There are many tweaks in what is displayed, one of which allows you to see how many views your listings have.

However I really don't understand your concern. I much prefer sales to views. The more views on an unsold item, the more chance there is a reason it's an unsold item.

Okay, there is a perfect reason for being able to see views - you can see what items have issues.
