When ebay was newer, many were keen to follow instructions on proper ways to do things. Now, I think there are more dabblers and every Tom, Dick and Sally getting on the internet to make purchases.

However, no feedback = happy buyer.

Keep in mind many leave feedback after they receive the reminder at 30 days after the sale. 😉
