Im going to be on the buyers side on this one. Sorry...
Basically, its a $17.59 plastic toy valued at $2.50. Thats what it boils down to.
Buyer, receives item, discovers its true purchased value, then child plays with it and the item parts start falling off.
Item description does claim~ hours of fun! Its not fun for any child when a *new* toy breaks or falls apart on the first play.
You have more of these cheap airplane toys listed, so do the right thing by this buyer and give her a refund, and dont make her send the item back to you. Chalk it up to *customer service* Then if buyer wont revise feedback, maybe you can reply to the feedback something like ~ *sorry item was faulty, full refund given*
