Super  Nova The toy was $10.99 postage was $6.60 as it was quite a large item, I didn't charge for the box or handling fees.{ I did not charge $17.59 for the toy} I accidentally left the sticker on and didn't know till the buyer commented about it. Also how old was the child? and the buyer should not allow child to play with toy if she was going to return it anyway, about the complaining $2.50 price tag on it.All sellers have to charge extra for a profit. And most of us buy things to make a profit so . As they were purchased in Australia I also paid postage for delivery.Thankyou so far for all the help,I will have a think about all this and decide what to do.

yes, and $10.99 + $6.60 = $17.59!  If she walked into a shop and bought it, she doesnt pay postage, so when referring to items on ebay, you HAVE to include postage costs too. Thats her outlay in total for one plastic (probably made in China) cheaply made airplane!

The age of the child is irrevelant here. Its sold as a toy with *hours of fun*, so expect it to be played with it.

You want her to return it at her expense for a replacement cheap toy??  phew! Thats rich!
