On the Buyers side:
Cheap toy or not - it was listed and sold as a TOY - toys are meant to be played with, yes by children who may break things.
If you sell something that does not do what it is intended or breaks first up you return it for a refund, why should toys be any different ?
On the Sellers side:
Does not matter what the seller paid for the item, do you really think when you buy a $29.95 dress in Kmart that that is what they paid for it?
