You dont have to take to PO for scanning, but if you just pop in street box and it gets lost before scanned (usually at delivery center) or if it misses getting scanned you have no proof of shipping. Doing it at PO just ensures it is scanned.

I just want to offer a C&S service, which could mean more sales due to it being cheaper too, and might prevent any shonky buyers from making any false claims.
