Such confidence in the DSR and feedback system....mmm

Don't have the same level of confidence myself for buyer feedback or seller feedback and ratings.

My perception is partially based on lots of posts on these boards from buyers that don't check feedback and wouldn't know what a DSR was if they feel over it, until they get stung. Also those from traders just seeking to "cover themselves" without any regard for their buyers.

IMO consumer confidence is important - full stop

You would be aware too, that a number of our legislative frameworks particularly the SoG Acts are seriously out of date and a decade behind in terms of internet trading - its an area that is subject of much analysis and lamenting.
