the star rating has nothing to do with your fb % rating

the stars need to stay above a certain level to attain Power Seller/ TRS status (from memory 4.4 is the cut off)

if you want to check hover your mouse over the Account Tab on your my ebay page and click on the powerseller logo ... that'll show where you are at with DRS stars and what the lower limits are.
