Hi everyone, I'm a new eBay seller and having a ball. However I have just encountered my very first buyer who hasn't paid as yet. It's been 4 days so I've opened a case. Is this the right thing to do ? She has not responded to any contact from me and according to her feedback she is 100% but other eBayers have put negative comments next to a positive score. If I put my item on eBay again can I ban her from bidding again? Am I allowed to give her a negative feedback score ? Thanks heaps 🙂
