It is really worth the extra $3.20 to only send your items by Registered Post so they must sign for it. They cannot say they didn't get it. I clearly state in all my ad's the price of the parcel and the price of the Registered Post on top, I charge no extra like handling and I have not had any complaints, I think people realise it protects them also as it gives you $100 insurance coverage with Australia Post in case they lose it.
