you have misunderstood the new TRS+ requirements (which do not come into effect for weeks yet)

as you are not even a TRS yet (you need to be a powerseller to attain TRS) you do not need to do any of those things yet

you can wait until you attain PS before even trying to implement them, AFTER ebay has introduced them......
