OH dear another ebay scammer, this is what the problem with ebay is. Right here now in this thread is the main root of ebays problems.

DISHONESTY.   Why cant people just be honest, Its not hard and its right. And buy being honest you never fear a knock at the door that you dont want.

Ring PayPal immediately and tell them everything now. Demand they return your funds or you will be forced to take legal action and if i were you I would make a claim in the small claims court, Its cost effective and depending which state your in there may be no repercutions if you did lose. Make sure you take both the seller and Ebay to court.

You can check online at the court websites of your state for costs which is not that bad and if you win which you should you get it back.

But try Paypal first they may wake up to it being a scam buy the buyer and do something about it.
