staying calm may work for some - not once did it work for us.

Our conversations (not that terribly many, but all the same, all of them, end up in a raging argument.

By staying calm and polite  all we have achieved is being fed a whole bunch of moronic, robotic, monotone statements that were so much slanted in buyers favour that it just wasn't funny!

They almost didn't even make any pretence to disguise that - nor come up with an explanation of their dumb decision.

The minute I told them  what I REALLY thought of the them, their little speech and their policies - they changed their tune almost instantly - reversed the decision and followed it up 10 min. later with email to confirm.

But that's not all folks!

3-4 days later a large box of handmade Paddington choclates arrived from PP!
