My reply was Assuming you are the seller and the buyer is returning an item.   If you are the buyer and you got your refund then end of story and not your problem and it is up to the seller to get the ring back from the PO before it is returned back to you as it was not claimed.   It has made it a tad confusing as you are posting with 2 ID's. Keep it to the ID in the OP and it will be easier to follow for everyone 🙂
