I'm thinking of trying something new, but can't quite work out if this is allowed or not:

At certain times of the year, I sell collectable plant seeds, with lots of listings at $4 - $5 each packet. I'm finding that I am churning through my 30 listings a month, and then it just isn't worth doing after that as I am paying $1.50 plus FVF, and then paypal's cut on top of that for every $5 packet that I sell.

So I would like to switch to a fixed price listing that offers 3 packets per buyer for $15, and a list of the seeds that they can choose to make their pack of seeds from. Is this permitted? I'm having trouble working out how to make a listing with variations that allow a buyer to scroll down a list of available seeds and pick what they want from the list. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
