Does it really matter as you have no Paypal protection with regular small parcels, red and express satchels anyway unless you pay for SOD.   Why not use click & send then you know exactly where you are?

Maybe you have gotten a bit behind on post services ??? 

I do use click and send to send some signature on delivery or express satchels, it is cheaper than prepaid and  processes, stores and prints out label the same.

I also send a number of regular parcels via click and send processing within 50km as there is a significant saving it is a flat rate of $8.95 for around 20kg+

So my parcels are covered by Paypal, with addressee details produced exactly the same as other click and send items. I am unable to pay on-line, but this is no biggie as I have an Oz Post account.
