flatly refuses to scan C & S satchels over the counter because Quote " we don't make anything out of them...end of story " but another PM... 22 K's away says you must always scan them,and he's happy to do it! he has great customer relations .   A STARK CONTRAST BETWEEN THE TWO LOL

Your dear old PM needs to retire. AP outlets, regardless of their status, get paid to scan C&S. It's only a few cents, but it adds up. Especially when the staff would be standing there twiddling their thumbs otherwise
