Then anybody living in apartment buildings should ask for their postage money back. In my eyes point B is MY address not the local post office. I cannot get anything delivered Express unless I want to camp out by the letterbox for the day to catch the Parcel postie placing her already written out cards in our letterbox. We are home when she delivers the card but at work when we can pick up our parcel after 4pm. 

Sorry Mel but that is not a delivery service.
