One small statement in all listings puts the repsonsibilty on the seller.   Seller assumes all responsibility for this listing.   The big word here is "ALL" not "With the exception of .........."

I would think that a statement such as that means that a seller accepts all responsibility for the details in the listing in that they are factually correct. This would place the onus on a seller if they quote details from a package or information provided by the manufacturer or other third party. It is the seller's responsibility to ensure that what they have stated in the listing is accurate and to verify the accuracy of any third party information they have included.
