i refunded the PayPal payment imediately.

then what happened was the buyer contacted ebay and was told he didn't have to pay any more,but he obviously didn't mention that it was advertised as cash at pick up.

he then surgested that i should just cancel the transaction which i did.

then he didn't respond to ebay asking him to agree to the cancelation.

so ebay said i still have to pay a $250 final value fee.

the bottom line is he's still got he's money,i've still got the model cars and ebay is about to steal $250 and when i sell the cars they will take another $250.

i guess i'll just have to bend over,get shafted and grin and bear it.
