Contact your seller and if he cannot help open a dispute.

Or ask on the US BUYING boards. The rules are different in Australia.

Ebay's phone lines have been closed down for months - due to the thing called COVID if you haven't heard of it.

Chat is the only option available.

Nobody here can cancel your order, we are just members like yourself. You need to contact the seller and ask if they will cancel the order, bear in mind they have already paid fees to eBay for the sale.

The seller will more than likely open a non-paying dispute against you (if they haven't done so already), if you still don't pay you will get a strike against your account, more than one of those in 12 months will see you unable to buy from any seller that has their buyer's blocks in place.

Nobody here can help you if you haven't read the many posts detailing the solutions to your issue.

I suspect you haven't, given you seem to have missed the fact that this very old thread was a question.
