Non payers should get a fine or penalty of some kind.

What happens now is not working and rarely properly enforced.

It is happening to often and needs to be stopped.

It takes time sending reminders etc and opening and closing NPB cases.

If they were forced to pay something it may help at least slow it somewhat.

First offense. Buyer pays seller Fees and a small penalty. To go to seller for time wasted.

Further offenses higher penalties and then suspension.

It is so annoying sending emails etc and never even getting a reply. Then having to wait over a week to be able to re sell it.X-(
