There should have been nothing to read. It is against ebay policy to leave positive feedback with nagative comments so why would I have more faith in sellers who think it is alright to breach the rules when it suits them than in a buyer who doesn't pay? Perhaps those sellers breached other rules and the buyer had good reason not to pay!

If you open an unpaid item dispute after 4 days and close it 4 days later you get your fvfs back and the buyer gets a strike. You have the ability to block members with more than one unpaid item strike in the last 12 months from buying from you so if two of those other sellers had gone through the process and you had appied the block they would not have been able to bid in the first place.

with pick up items if I haven't heard from the buyer within 3 days of sending them my phone number I pull their contact details and give them a call.
