By advising the buyer not to pay you are discouraging another member to use the ebay service and encouraging an ebay
member to breach the ebay user agreement by advising them after bidding/ commiting to a purchase to defer payment..............
If you are prepared to advise others to breach these policies then what chance you are also breaching other policies that you do
not agree with???
