Where does the tracking say it has been delivered to? If it just says to the mail centre with no mention of the buyer's suburb then they will win the Paypal dispute.

If you want to be certain of winning a Paypal dispute you need to use signature required, click & send or eparcel.

As I said, the tracking showed on the AP site that the parcel ad been delivered - not received by mail centre - not on-board with driver - DELIVERED.

Interesting that you are questioning what the tracking said regarding my, or any other parcel that is not your own ???

Not withstanding that I do send by methods that provide paypal protection, my primary concern is a buyer getting their parcel delivered- and Australia Post have let me, some of my customers and an increasing number of other posters, down in this area.
