Hi Thanks for your input regarding my problem.

No I only have the one email address associated with PayPal. But I also have a website and was having problems with it as well  and then I started having these problems from ebay as well.

 I have my IT guy looking at the problem now as it still persists! Yes I know what you mean I didnt usually worry about the notifications until I realised that during an influx of orders, some of my 'helpers' were processing orders without checking to see if they had been paid for first!

We live and learn!
