No, you haven't.  It was PJ that posted about handing over a C&S parcel and then walking out of the PO with it after it had been scanned.  cats has not posted that she does this, nor has she posted anything in support of this scenario.

cats post was offering her ideas on the scenario presented in post #4, and in the absence of further clarification from PJ.

This is why she used the term "as presented", as PJ has not been back to provide further information at the time of cats posting.

Post #4 gave few details, and there may be some further information that sheds light on what looks like a potentially dodgy posting practice.
