Why? Surely this is something that all buyers and sellers should be aware of?

If it does happen, then it's only fair that full transparency is afforded to us, isn't it:? After all, we pay to use this service.

Once an item is scanned as posted, the correct process is for the item to stay at the post office until the mail is collected.
