The location displayed in listings is according to the item location, rather than the seller's location (that's why Oz sellers can list on the Oz site but show on listings the item is located in the UK, China or wherever it's shipped from).

Cyberspace itself isn't an acceptable item location, though...but it's also kinda located nowhere and everywhere. o_O
