Well, they don't look much like the usual scammers I mentioned (they generally copy every aspect of a listing and are usually to farm info and any money is a bonus), but definitely not kocher - for something like that, regardless of not having permission to use the pics, photos of the actual item for sale would be a must. Perhaps they don't expect to last long either way, hence the newer ID.
Hopefully eBay will take action on the reports.
