strange that that seller also states that :

"I combine postage on all items for sale The Maximum you will pay for shipping is $2 ($4 International) regardless of how many cards you buy.  If you purchase $20 worth of cards you postage will be free if you live in Australia"

on some of the listings I looked at that are not free postage but have a $1 postage charge.
