I am happy to by 99c items from China as I know they are being made for peanuts and posted for nothing but I avoid 99c items from domestic sellers, after all if that is all they think their item is worth why should I think it is worth any more?

But you wont buy 99c items locally because the people selling them also know they are **bleep**?

Yep. Ok. Chinese **bleep** sold in china is worth 99c and chinese **bleep** sold locally is not worth 99c.
