I guess that's why I'm so glad I live in Qld where I don't have to worry about such mundane stuff. 😉

All I know is that for 6 months of the year, EDST severely impacts on our ability to do business (or even pleasure) with those states which have adopted DST, as we essentially lose an hour at the beginning and end of each and every day.
