I think it's better to be aware that feedback can affect a seller's reputation, but it's more important not to let feedback, or the feedback a buyer may or may not leave, be a primary factor in a seller's decision-making process, otherwise you're giving too much power to something that's ultimately not even in your control.
In any circumstance, I do what I think is right, not what I think the buyer wants me to do so they won't neg me... 😉
