Email seemed the easiest option with weird work hours and not having a house phone working - I always forget to call about stuff so I email on my work breaks when I remember! 😛

I heard back and they don't know the reference number so they think maybe it is fraud...just checked my bank statements so they can find date and exact amount to trace it and found another one for the exact amount yesterday. Will give them a call today if I don't hear back soon!!

Sigh...but if it is fraud it will be nice to get $300 back that I thought I must have owed or spent!!!
