Excellent idea. There definitely are "buyers" out there who claim that their purchase "goes missing" and demand a refund.Value is usually under $30 so the seller,to avoid a negative,simply gives a refund and moves on. Buyers,as well as sellers,must be held to account. The existing feedback system is flawed and should be addressed by eBay.What happened a few years ago was deserved by some rogue sellers but the wheel has turned.Similar thing with slow payers who can hold honest sellers to account.No Buyer or seller must be allowed to become a protected species.The system has to be fair to all and that is why a review is needed.
