why not use the "within 25klm" (or whatever distance you choose) function?
eBay knows where the seller is, so by using that function, you can limit your search to those within a specified distance of your postcode.
You can limit it down to as small as 10klm away.
Some people can go their whole lives and never really live for a single minute.
