Hi,

I have upgraded my personal a/c to a Basic store..I get to the end of the details & uploaded images section..and preview the listing.. then I get a request to confirm my ph. number..but doesn't give me a highlighted space in which to type the number..

I sign out and in again...and all the info in my store is lost..I hit save draft when I was in the creation stage..but no,, it's gone...I try again..same..I chat with help desk..they refer my technical issue to Tech support..I have heard nothing for a week..except a message asking me to complete a survey of their ''service''..

Has anyone had this?...should I cancel membership & start all over?...I have 9 good feedbacks..on my personal transactions..

My a/c says I'm a business..but the drop down menu, doesnt have ''Manage my store''...
