Was the address you saw in ebay in the item sold email? If so that is just their default delivery address in ebay and will change as soon as the buyer goes through checkout if they choose an alternative address.

If in any doubt always send to the address on the Paypal transaction page if you are using a postage method that qualifies for seller protection.

If a buyer asks you to post to a different address tell nthem the only way you can do that is to refund their payment and for them to go through checkout again changing the delivery address to the one they want.
