buyer initiated payment on the 13th November.
I had the little hourglass symbol there and when I hovered over it said being processed through paypal, and gave me an expected clearance date of 18th. Had a look in PayPal and it said something like payment pending...
It has just cleared a few minutes ago, so now I have the solid dollar sign indicating item is paid for and it tells me I have to post it.
But when I mouse over the dollar sign, it says payment was made on the 13th.
So even if I post it today, it will still look like it took me 7 days to post it.
I hope thatmy postage time DSR's don't get dinged!
Hi Mum!
Not in the least dodgy!
I pay for 90% of my purchases via echeque.
Buyers & sellers are informed of clearance times (most of mine clear in 3-5 days).
Surely no buyer would be such a dumpkopf as to not allow time for the echeque to clear before they expect you to post items.
A blizzard of emails keeps the buyer informed when they clear-at least my inbox indicates so.
Hmmm..............I may have to consider the dumkopf bit!..............I'm no Rhodes Scholar.............but how come the bleedin obvious is so difficult to grasp for some buyers?
I feel for you sellers having to deal with the Great Unwashed.
