It is a lot of years since I first used the term numpty or numpties on the boards and had many posts and emails asking what it meant lol. It is in very common use in the UK and it was funny to see it being used by more and more people on the boards.

As for echeques I cannot understand why sellers object to them so much, if a buyer pays straight away with one it usually clears in under a week which means it is cleared sooner than an instant payment made in the last few minutes of a dispute being closed and there is no chance of a bank chargeback.
