OP means opening poster or opening post, sorry it is confusing discussion board jargon.
I have always found paypal to be vey fair and reasonable in their assessment of not as described goods - both as a buyer and a seller.
If clear cohert comprehensive information is provided to them to support your case then there is no reason that i can see to lose a claim for item not as described.
Those sellers that lose claims are the ones where there are clearly misleading descriptions or the seller does not make adequate effort to present the evidence required by paypal to make a fair decision.
As far as i understand it, Paypal does not decide on a he said - she said basis - they need an outline of all the relevant transaction details from beginning to end, and where possible supporting documention which you have.
