There is a glitch with the latest version of IE, so presumably that is what you are using.

There have been many questions recently about this. If you scroll down through a few days, you should find one of them; which should have the link to the fix.

Better yet, use Firefox or Chrome. eBay is notoriously unfriendly when using IE.
