Hi everyone,
I sent an email to Australia Post a bit over a week ago and haven't received a response yet, I thought I should ask here as alot of you seem to have had experience with using click and send. I have not used click and send before and just wanted to check on a few things.
For the 500 gram satchel postage it is $6.20 for regular postage and Signature on Delivery is $1 extra. With the signature is that sent to my address after the person has confirmed ad signed for the parcel?
For the proof of postage that paypal requires, if i bring my satchel to an Australia Post, will I get a receipt with the destination location on it? Similar to what is received if registered post is selected?
Lastly if I post my satchel through an Australia post box ebay says that "Sellers must be able to provide proof of shipment that can be validated by Australia Post in order to be eligible for PayPal seller protection. Proof of shipment for the satchel dropped in Australia Post street posting boxes only applies where Australia Post can provide validation of delivery." What are the requirements to get this proof of shipment validated? Can this be done by bringing in the proof of shipment email that is sent out and showing it to the people at an Australia post outlet?
Cheers
