I find it amazing how people can ask: is this a DVD or a video?

said it in the title and the description, but after one of my buyers paid today for 2 lots, they decided they dont want it - thought they were DVDs when It clearly says videos, oh and their son bidded on it

Sounds like they just changed their mind and looked for an easy way out, but I will refund them after a Mutual Cancellation. Not to bed nasty, but they cant read obviously!
