But ePay supersede this … ePay and PayPal operate above common law

The mandatory use of PayPay where the seller has to pay the fees, is one of the major reasons for the loss of customer base on ePay
.
And this loss is quantifiable? Presumably eBay aren't making as much money as they used to. Or the BUYER numbers are falling - as that, ultimately, is the source of the funds.
