I've blocked the bidder and am hoping by some miracle the item is delivered within the week as the buyer lives in the same state as me. I'll try calling eBay to explain the situation if she leaves negative feedback. I noticed that feedback she's left other members before has been removed, so hopefully they can see she has a history of being pretty nasty to other sellers.
My only consolation is to think that a person must be quite unhappy in themselves to be so angry towards others, in which case I feel sorry for her.
